COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This big flavor session beer combines dates, plums, and other dark fruits, with toffee, caramel, and toast maltiness. Wood and damp earth tones from the British Ale yeast and UK hops play supporting roles. Overall, reminiscent of toasted whole wheat with dark fruit marmalade. Clean sweet mouth feel ending moderately but firmly bitter and lightly roasted. As this beer warms toffee notes run wild!

At the brewery, Pours a reddish brown colt with full and creamy head. Lots of lace. Notes of plum, wood, bread, perfect malt, and other balanced mild notes. Medium to fuller bodied. Excellent example of the style

On cask at the brewery. Pours dark brown, almost black, with a medium, off-white head and great cascading bubbles and thick lacing. The aroma is dominated by dark chocolate, with some licorice, pumpernickel, and rye. Sweet and malty, with just a bit of roasted bitterness that balances nicely. Light to medium body, creamy, velvety, and malty. This is an easy and flavorful mild. Smooth, balanced flavor, and a luxurious mouthfeel.

(En fût à la brasserie): Des céréales collantes et grillées infusées d’un nuage de feuilles de tabac. La sécheresse est grande comme la pugnacité de sa buvabilité.
