12 oz from cask at the brewery. I’m surprised to see this beer rated so highly on this site. I figured this clean, balanced, delicious IPA would just be trashed left and right. The appearance is great: rich, clear gold body with a creamy white head. Genuine hop aroma with citrus and flowers. Malt body is pleasantly crackery. The bitterness is spot on and even for each sip. Nothing explodes in the flavor, but it’s all cohesive. Fairly assertive citrusy hops with a crisp, clean finish. Hogshead is making some expert beers. (En fût/cask à la source): Des céréales richement protéinées, des houblons gazonnés et herbacés mais surtout une texture indécente. jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 26, 2015

Gold pour, white head. Nice tropical fruits and some dank hops. Lightly grassy, finished dry and a touch bitter. ajnepple (6606) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 29, 2014
On CO2 tap at the brewery. Gold and clear appearance with a sticky tan head and active carbonation. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus/tropical fruits, floral notes, light pine and light earthy notes. Similar flavor, crisp, refreshing and lightly zesty with medium plus hop bitterness. Pretty dank. Oakes (17669) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 18, 2014
Cask. Golden-amber, light haze. No sparkler on this one. Assertive hop, leafy grapefruit, lemon balm, very appetizing. Yeah, it’s a bit syrupy, no surprise there, but some nice floral and pithy hop notes, too. Finishes a bit too cloying- gotta keep it light for cask- but not bad. On cask at the brewery. Slightly hazy golden with a big creamy head and great lacing. Big earthy, fresh cut grass, somewhat floral, oranges, honey, and doughy aroma. Taste is very smooth - grassy, floral, honeysuckle, snappy, doughy, an grapefruit with a medium bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Right on point - great mouthfeel - and very well balanced. anders37 (26625) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 4, 2013
