smells and tasts floral, a bit honey-like, with a hidden hint remembering me of elderflower-syrup. a little hint of pine-needles is there too. interesting bittersweetness.

omhper (25246) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 4, 2010
Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy pale amber, small head. Buttery malt aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Fruity with some grassy hops and mild resiny bitterness.

0.5 l bottle at Petalax Beer Festival 2010. Hazy golden color. The aromas of toffee and apple. Toffeish, herbal, fruity and soapy flavor with notes of elderberries. Soapy and bitter finish. Strange herbal-soapy taste.

Hazy orange color, small white head. Perfume soap and paper in the nose. Spicey and perfumic flavor, some berries. Hoppy, herbal aftertaste. Strange brew.

Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - APR 26, 2010
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a slightly hazy, deep golden beer with a small, nicely remaining head. Nice malty aroma of clove, orange, papaya and vitamin tablets. Relatively full bodied, fruity with a lot of clove being present. Subtle carbonation. Long finish which is reminiscent of clove. A beer with plenty of character. Thanks a lot Bov!

Bov (12888) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAR 11, 2010
[email protected] - quite clear golden-amber colour with a little foam left; malty aroma with notes of oranges and elders; slightly perfumy; full-bodied and quite oily; some sweetness and a late moderate bitterness; long malty slightly fruity and fairly aromatic finish with some warming alcohol notes - balanced and really good
