Fruity, melon-like fragrant sake with a fresh, clean taste. Excellent for pairing with sushi and other fish dishes, salads, ponzu (citrus, soy sauce and vinegar) flavoured dishes and poultry. Also a choice match for vegetarian tempura (traditional Japanese light-battered deep fried cuisine).

300 ml bottle. (Alko) Helsinki, Finland.
Crystal clear colour with no head. Looks identical to water. Mild sweetness, soy and mild alcohol in the aroma. The flavour is aniseed, mild rice and mild alcohol. Quite easy though. My first Sake review... so please don’t count on this...

Dermi (1196) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 19, 2013

Bottled. Pours clear in color with no head. Sweetness in aroma, mostly some honeydew melon and faint hints of herbs or spices. Mild flavor at first, which turns into slightly sweet and peppery spicy in taste later on and ends with a burning warmth of alcohol in aftertaste.

Beerheart65 (1503) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 3, 2012
Aroma has wheat, alcohol, anis, herbs. No color, clear, no head. Taste has elements from aroma. Bit oily feel, warming alcohol, herbs in finish which is long and has lots flavor. Feels nice in mouth, flavor and palate work well together., not bad at all.

TET (3208) - Kaarina, FINLAND - JUL 20, 2012
Sakea almost without colour, no head. Aroma is mix of wheat and fruits, some alcohol, melon. Taste is quite mild, wheat, fruits, cantaloupe, slightly stale taste, alcohol in the aftertaste. Light and fresh to drink. Melony and fresh, slightly diluted flavours.
