COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At least one a day. This, the most popular brand in the Pivovar Holba, a.s. range, has an unusually rich flavour and the perfect tang of bitter hops.

Jedno z mých nejoblíbenějších českých piv. Mám ho moc rád a rád si ho dávám k pivním večerům.

w zapachu nie ma szaleństwa, ale smak jest konkretny. disc goryczkowe, w posmaku banany, które świetnie dopełniają efekt.

Szaleństwa tu nie ma. Bardzo poprawny pilsner na ciepłe dni. Gdy będę ponownie w Czechach raczej do niego wrócę.

Butelka z datą: 31.03.17
AROMAT: Średnio intensywny. Dominują słody. W tle potężna dawka "mokrego kartonu" (utlenienie), żelazistość (test na skórze), lekki skunks (zielona butelka).
SMAK: Słodowe. Goryczka niska, choć w skali lager’owej: średnia plus.
WYGLĄD: Barwa złota, idealnie klarowne.
OGÓLNIE: Coś się działo, w lagerze coś się zadziało! Niestety in minus. Najgorsze jest to, że piwo degustowałem (choć w tym przypadku to być może za duże słowo) je dość dobrze schłodzone, a mimo to wady były zauważalne.

Draught. Pale amber, clear, airy head. Low retention. Honey malts with diacetyl on nose. Light body. Bready malts and diacetyl to taste. Light bitterness. It is not my model of good Czech pilsner.

On tap. Golden color, white foam. Aroma: malt, a little diacetyl, light fruitiness, a bit spicy hops. Taste: malty, a little candy and pears, mild hop.

tap @ meltdown (budapest) pale colour, normal body, average carbonated, hoppy, bit malty, typically pilsner notes, easy to drink

Light, malty aroma, diacetyl. So classical Pale, golden colour. Weak head. High carbonation. Taste is dry, a bit of malt feelings, bitterness is medium. Very refreshing beer. Watery and easy-drinkable. Nice, pleasant beer, but I cannot say that is a good example of Czech pilsner. Too bland.

500ml bottle (Torture, Olomouc)
Bland macro-ey lager, no nastiness, but extremely boring. Watery, bit fizzy. Hops a bit extracty.

the aroma is malty and herbal with hints of hops and grain... the taste is malty and hoppy with notes of grasses, grain and flowers, very clear and refreshening... bitter and dry aftertaste...
