When you for whatever reason end up in N-E Bohemia, don't forget to drop-by in Hanusovice. I reach for Serak whenever I can get my hands on it. The beer has a nice head retention, herbal nose and is well-rounded palate-wise. The only downside is that it is only available in Hanusovice region. And, of course, it is best from barrel.
