On draught. Clear golden, smooth, bitter with a hint of hops. A great example of a session bitter. The_Osprey (7984) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2016
Cask at The Great Western, Wolverhampton as ’Holdens Golden Glow’. Dark yellow, clear, still, dense creamy white head, thick lacing. Aroma is airy and light, non-deScript. Some sweet apple notes later on. Body is medium, soft carbonation, rounded. Taste is apple sauce, yeast, sweet honey-ish malt, fudgey. Occasionally hints at egg. An interesting and quaffable beer, intended to be knocked back by the pint - and I could easily drink it in those quantities. danlo (3066) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - OCT 31, 2015

Cask @ The Salopian, Shrewsbury. It actually does have a kind of golden glow. Smooth caramel flavours, a faint air of citrus, easily quaffable, not a bad drop. pabloscafe (43) - - AUG 1, 2014
