UPDATED: FEB 18, 2018 Poured a clear pale gold with a 5mm bright white foamy head that retained very well and laced OK. Carbonation moderate, lively and medium to coarse. Aroma of lemon-like sourness with a hint of malt. Taste is slightly lemon-like semi-sour with low to moderate bitterness. Light body. Smooth, crisp and slightly sour with low bitterness on a short finish. Refreshing on a hot day. Maris (1626) - Canberra, AUSTRALIA - AUG 13, 2017
From a 330ml bottle on 13/8/2017. Pours a pale golden with a small head. Has a mild zesty, tart citrus nose. Taste wise, it’s got some dough and bread, citrus fruit (particularly lemon), with a mild sour bitterness. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Decent enough and quite refreshing. Tap at the Sheepshank, Bangkok. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is creamy yeast, red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate to light sour with a crisp fresh, buttery yeast, tart citrus, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. roflorence (110) - South Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 11, 2017
Clear, amber colour with a short white head. Passionfruit and melon on the nose and palate. Slight sour zing with a watery finish. I’ve had this a few times and it’s been great but this time round it’s quite metallic tasting.

This is the perfect beer for introducing someone to sours. Lots of lemon, a little passionfruit, some dirty socks and a tiny bit of fruit cake. A slightly watery palate is about the only reservation I have. mrjez (752) - Osaka, JAPAN - FEB 19, 2017
Bottle from Kameya online. Pours a bright gold with low fizzy head. Lovely bright aroma of tropical and citrus, passionfruit, lemon, grapefruit, with noticeable lacto notes. Flavour is almost as good, citrus hops close to session IPA, yoghurty lacto more noticeable on the backend. Light and spritzy with easy going tartness. Further down the glass the yoghurt tends to grow and dominate, dampening my enjoyment; perhaps the bacteria could have been integrated better or work more effectively with a different yeast. The fruits save it, but it probably lacks the drinkability to go for a second in the same session. DavidAust (276) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - FEB 16, 2017
Bottle poured into a glass at a bar in Brisbane. Golden amber colour. Low whitish head. Aroma of general citrus leaning towards grapefruit and lemon plus floral notes too. Taste - sour up front - but not too much. Semi sour depicts it nicely. Hop bitterness then kicks in and cleanses the palate crisply and cleanly, making you forget the sour and setting you up to do it all over again.
I enjoyed this, in an odd way with sour not being my thing in food or drink. This, I suspect, is an excellent way to introduce someone to the world of sour, instead of pushing them straight into the deep end.
Will have again, but only occasionally. Will absolutely go into my next beer tasting though. CurlyJoe (427) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 26, 2016
Clear yellow in appearance with thin white head. Floral aroma. Taste is bitter, with a slight hint of ’funk’. Refreshing and light on the palate.
