ChrisOs Kook Tasting. Clear dark brown beer. Light tan head. Rich toffee malt. Don’t remember much about the hops!
Bottle- a fantastic hop aroma. A well balanced beer. A great caramel malt flavour, with a good hop bitterness on the finish.

Flat, sweet, off tasting. Don’t think it should be considered an IPA or IIPA. Perhaps a bad English IPA. Damn near no hop aroma or flavor. Mosborne (11) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 10, 2012
Bottle. Smooth caramel to the nose with a hint of hops, pours a deep amber colour with a tan head, little head retention. Big sweet toffee and caramel flavour, a bit of alcohol. Medium body with a slightly stick texture. anders37 (26194) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 18, 2011
Bottle. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy biter aroma with piney hints. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter piney flavor. Has a hoppy bitter finish.

Tap at AHH Beer Fest. Pours clear copper gold with ok off white head. Sweet malt, pitted fruits, caramel aromas, touch of toasted choc malt, citrus and grassy hops. Med body, nice sweet malt caramel, toffee character, citrusy hops not over the top; malt the standout. Good for an aussie crack at an IIPA. Brenhophead (695) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 24, 2011
Pours a nice deep red colour, caramel and stone fruit on the nose. Cant taste the "excessive" hopping they claim to have done to this beer only the caramel malt backing. oh6gdx (26482) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 17, 2011

In The Moon, Stockholm. Copper colour, small beige head. ARoma is fruits, sweet malts, mild raisins as well as some mild plum and hops. Flavour is rather hoppy with some sweet malts and raisins. Pleasantly balanced. A year or so after BBE, but it’s aged rather beautifully and especially in the flavour the hops are still alive.
Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of butter and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and butter, leading to a dry buttery finish. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 1, 2011
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours amber with a small white layer for a head. Smells better than it tastes. Some ripe fruits, caramel and not a lot of hops. Not a lot going on. A mild toffee backing with a touch of hops. You can taste the alcohol - not that its a high percent or anything. I know this bottle is fresh and it just doesn’t stand up to your regular ipa
