2016-10-29. Crisp yellow body, small white head. 3+ Aroma of cereal grains and harsh alcohol. Flavour has sweet doughy pale malt up front, finishes grainy and rough with alcohol presence. Smooth average bodied palate. Not good. 4/3/4/3/8 Can from the LCBO, Toronto.

Can. Pours a quite attractive deep honey-gold colour with a small but creamy white head - but the appearance it about the only thing it has going for it. Aroma is a mess, super sweet with notes of icing sugar, slightly rotten sweet grapes, overripe apple, and fusel alcohol. Favour is similarly dreadful - cloyingly sweet, sugary, overripe fruit, warm and boozy finish with very little bitterness. Body is both thin and sticky on the palate. A trainwreck.

can. Poured clear orangey amber with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet with alcohol. Medium body with typical carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Grainy flavour, syrupy sweetness with a high alcohol presence, peppery note.

500 ml can from The Beer Store. Pours a clear golden colour with average-sized white head. Aroma is sweet and grainy with some fruit and subtle fusel notes. Flavour is sweet and sugary with some graininess and fruitiness and more fusel notes. Harsh booziness in the finish. Surprisingly thin. There are worse beers out there for the breakfast club crowd, but this is still swill.

500 ml can from TBS, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear deep golden with a thin white head. Aroma: Quite sweet, fruity and boozy, almost a touch vinous, some caramel notes, melanoidin?. Palate: Medium+ body, low to moderate carbonation, kinda syrupy. Flav.: Sweet, fruity, boozy, kinda malty; sweet with low to moderate bitterness and somewhat less alcohol than one would expect for the abv, fruity, sweet, malty finish.

Not the worst thing Ive had.

Can from the Shazteen Enterprise, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malt, some alcohol. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a big, slightly burning, alcoholic malt palate and a slightly lingering alcoholic bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. As far as super strong malt liqours go, it wasnt the worst for me. A little too sweet though.

Can shared at a tasting at Ariels place. As "Hollandia Super Strong" - 12%. Clear golden. Aroma of alcohol, graininess and honey. Sweet flavor, honey-ish, somewhat syrupy, with alcohol, graininess, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied, kinda sticky and boozy.

500 ml can. Thanks Cousin Uri! Clear gold and a white head. Boozy and rotten grapes and a little rotten egg in the nose, cheap alcoholic taste. Too much of a body and nasty alcoholic finish, almost like drinking aftershave. Scruffy 19 y/o me wouldve finished a can (in an hour, meanwhile itd become flat and even nastier), posh adult me is gonna pour to the sink whatever remained in the glass after the one sip needed for this rating. Record breaking nastiness.

Bad strong beer with foul taste and strange sweetness. Something not worth your money even though its cheap.
