Couleur brune trouble, petite mousse blanche. Nez fort epicé, pain d’epice et massepain, un peu sucré.
Au gout malheureusement cette bouteille est infectée. Gout très acétique(vinaigre) et mauvais citron. lux_edwards (307) - - DEC 23, 2013
50 cl botle. Appearance: brown, cloudy, with beige head. Aroma: fruity, spices and cinnamon. Tase: sweet. Palate: smooth, creamy texture. Overall: nice beer. Habanero (4911) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - NOV 1, 2013
Bottled. Pours a cloudy brown with an orange hue and a medium sized, fluffy, lacing and tan head. Aroma of caramel and spice. Sweet flavor that ends up dry, slightlybitter and bit metallic. Medium bodied, oily text. and average carb, A decent christmas brew but nothing more. jaghana (6363) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - DEC 17, 2011
Bottle 50cl, a cloudy amber beer with low head. Nose is very spicy on cinnamon, anise and cloves. Aroma is caramel like, malty, sweet spicy notes, too much cloves and cinnamon, not easily drinkable, heavy, body is grainy and spicy, full spicy aftertaste.

Bouteille: Cloudy, amber coloured, rather quickly diminishing off-white fluffy head; ginger-bread (a.k.a. Lebkuchen) and cinnamon in the nose with a malty-yeasty background; sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish-spicy finish. Gulp........ (bottle) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a short, not very persistent beige foamy head. Strong spicy and herbal aroma of ginger bread and cinnamon with a light malty and faint fruity background. Slightly bitter and sour flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Herbal and spicy taste, again with notes of ginger bread and almost ethereally spicy accents, lingering into the slightly sour and bitter finish. The spicy notes are way too one-dimensional. 23.XII.09 Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 25, 2009
bottle. Cloudy brownish colour, small and fluffy beige head. Aroma of spices - rather christmasy. Malty with lots of christmas spices. Unfortunately the beer is quite sour, I’m not sure it is supposed to be so. I appreciate the yeasty and picy christmas character, but I’m not sure about the sourness. It would surely be a great beer, if it was in top condition. Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 27, 2008
cloudy red-amber colour with a poor beige head; aroma of ginger and raspberries marmelade; sweet and with a low carbonation, not really tasty; sticky and malty finish with more spicy notes
