Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of tart lemon, biscuit, dough, touch of floral hops as well into a bit of yeasty spice. Taste was biscuit, dough, some yeast into slightly tart lemon, hints of vanilla with a touch of spice, finishing tart, dry. Pretty tasty.

Pours a golden yellow color with a faint malt aroma. Taste is clean and simple with an easy drinkability. A light fruit flavor with a minor watery flavor. Light in alcohol which made this beer enjoyable and able to have a few.

Draft. Amber beer with no head. Light tart aroma. Tart/light sour flavor with light lemon. Medium-light bodied. Tart/light sourness lingers with light lemon and light salt.

Enjoyed at the 2014 Firestone Walker Invitational. Cloudy lemon-yellow, with an aroma of saltwater and pear syrup. Very sweet pear flavor with a tablespoon of salt. Body is heavy for the style, with painfully high CO2. an interesting ale, but the three ounces i was given was PLENTY.

Tap @ brewpub. Glowing lemonade yellow pour with no head. Light tart, apple, and clove on the aroma. Taste is quenching tart and apple with citrus and grain. Clean mouthfeel. Good beer.

Tap. Pours a very clear, very light yellow, almost clear. White head that is minimal at best. Very tart aroma with definite lemon and vinegar but still light. Taste is again a mostly lemon/vinegar tartness that comes in strong but melds well. Some guava going on. Light and nice beer with just the right tartness/sourness.

Pours a hazed pale yellow color with a white head. Much more sour than most Goses I’ve tried. Heavy on the lemon, a touch of white vinegar, and definite salt. Minimal coriander, but some straw and sweet malt aromas. Light green melon on the palate, some salt, light coriander, and tons of lemon. A bit of white vinegar, some straw and grass, and a hint of sweet malt. Pretty solid beer all around.

Hazy yellow pour, small and dissipating white head. Tarty and lemony citrus with a little bready in the taste and aroma. This is a good one.
