Muddy brown color, small tan head. Sweet, hoppy, fruity taste. Fruity aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, fruity scent.
Didn’t strike me as a Belgian style ale at all, but after warming up some lost a bit of the hoppiness and fruitiness, instead went more sugary sweet and a step towards a Belgian ale in som small way.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed it and not looking at style was a nice beer.

Hazy brown-amber color with a weak head. Almost no lacing..
This unfiltered ale has a very fruity aroma and flavor. Mildly sweet with almost no detectable hops ... there is a slight bitter note in the aftertaste. Some nutty yeast.
Medium-light body with low carbonation.

Tap at brewery. Pours murky copper/brown with a trace of fizzy white head. Aroma is toasted and cereal malts, fig, dates, floral notes, and faint toffee. Flavor is dry malts forward, light caramel sweetness, faint floral notes, faint dark fruit esters, and Belgian yeast notes; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

10 oz half pint glass draft at the brewpub in Hollywood, Florida. The pour is a very hazy copper brown golden with a minimal off white head. The aroma is soft clove yeast along with softly fruit sweet malt and a bit of grass. The taste is a pleasant mix of the grassy softly sweet malt and the Belgian yeast notes. Nut character comes out as the beer warms in the aftertaste. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a clean clove finish. Nice, easy drinking beer. From a growler bought at the brewery. Mid brown and very hazy. A layer of beige head. An aroma full of bready yeast and rich malts. Those are tasted along with fruit. Berries and passion fruit. A sourness is noted late. Alcohol hits the taste buds early and stays along with some warming. Drinking this beer is like drinking the bread of the monks.
