Good for price. £1 from booths. Good nutty Brown ale. Pity it’s from the wrong side of the pennines.

Beese (3065) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 27, 2014
Bottle from Morrisons. Poured a clear, dark amber, with a thin off white head. Aroma of dark malts, caramel and some spice. Fruit cake flavours, with some grassy hop and rye bread. Finish was toffee, brown bread and a slightly earthy note.

Cerveja escura, teor alcoólico baixo. Seria um sabor tostado?! Vale a pena

A classic style, the brown-ruby ale is topped off with a cream head which diffuses back down into the beer but not before giving you a quick insight into the taste. A clear malt base give toffee, caramel and chocolate smells and a sour yet refreshing flavour. Not too strong either so would be ideal for a session if you like the darker/brown ales. Well worth trying.
