Bottle - clear sparkling amber with large frothy head. Hoppy aroma - ok on tongue/ in mouth. Slightly sweet, malty with bitter finish. Enjoyed.

(Bottle) Clear coppery amber with almost no head. Pleasant but subtle light toffee aroma. Medium body with good carbonation. Nice taste - rich and sweet with toffee malt flavours and distinct maple notes with some slight tangy and bitter balance. Good beer with maple present but not overwhelming. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from lidl, wednesbury. Amber beer with small residual head. Aroma of caramel and malts. Taste is malts, some sweetness that could be maple syrup but since I have never had it, I can’t be sure and some mold hop bitterness. Ok.

AtronSeige (1788) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - SEP 5, 2015
Aroma: Medium-high toffee, floral, Appearance: Brilliant copper body. Small, tan head, low retention. Flavour: Medium floral, medium-high bitterness. Light malty sweetness. Dry finish with lingering floral and light bitterness. Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation. Carbonic sting. Overall: Carbonation is a big problem. The flavours are great though. 500 ml bottle, poured. 8C. Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale)

Stale smell and a bit of that in the taste too. Soft sweet biscuit. Light spice and cherry. Pretty unremarkable I’m afraid.

uckelman (813) - Durham, ENGLAND - JUN 13, 2015
Pours dark amber, not much head. Not much aroma. Medium sweet. Heavy mineral finish. Medium body. I don’t get much of the maple, though there are suggestions of Christmas spices and orange.

500ml bottle from Sainsbury's. Poured clear. Copper in colour with a lasting, frothy, creamy white head. Weak, sweet roasted malt aroma. Malty sweet in flavour with a bitter aftertaste. Drinkable but a bit weak tasting and sweet for me.

Pours with big foamy head that settles down ok high carbonation tastes of sweet toffee with a slight bitter crisp finish ok

amber, clear, white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, full body, thick feel, average carbonation, Reddish amber with white head. Quite carbonated but nevertheless a reasonable, fuller flavoured bitter. Sweetish fruity malt notes with a touch of pine leaf, some toffee and a reasonable hoppy finish. i’ve definitely had worse.
