Bottle, 50cL. Home. Kindly given by @Jaghana and @Calisky ! A bown amber clear beer with a medium off-white head ; poor retention. "Fishy" nose, light roast, light caramel. Light sweet, light dry bitter, quite refreshing, light to medium acid. Light to medium body, thin texture, good carbonation, light fizzy, sweet acid refreshing finish. Overall, deceiving, meh.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze, hardly any head. Tart, berry-like aroma. Infection? Medium body, tartness again - clearly a lactic infection. I get a notion of berries although none are added. Hardly any hops to be detected. 220214

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by Dominique @Bièrerie. A cloudy amber beer. Nose is on apricot with light grapefruit notes. Aroma is on peach and grapefruit again, low malty, some acidity, still sweet but seems to be slightly infected.
