3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From bottle while in Fort Lauderdale, pours a nice orange/brown. Not typically a big fusion fan but the trippel/saison caught my eye immediately. I have to say, I am very pleasantly surprised. This is quite nice and unique. Perfect for later in the football season, late autumn, cooler weather. Wish I could get this back home in OK.
Aroma of fruits, banana is prominent, taste is boozy, sweet, nice finish at the end. Arayaga2 (2221) - portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 28, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2017 Amber with thin whitish head. Aroma is of baked goods with mild Belgian esters. Taste is the same, with a spiced graham cracker edge. Much better than the Cubano version. chinchill (5318) - South Carolina, USA - FEB 19, 2017
2016 12 oz bottle purchased and consumed in Florida.
Slightly hazy copper body with a good off-white head and ample lacing.
Near medium body with lively carbonation.
Fruity and floral aroma with only hints of the 10% ABV.
Moderately complex flavor for style with a nice dynamic. Sweet and fruity with hints of bread, peaches and tropical fruits.
Overall: dangerously easy drinking with rather well hidden alcohol. Improved with some warming. oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - MAY 5, 2016
Floral and herbal aroma with some great hop action. Large white quickly diminishing fizzy head. Light malt flavor and hoppy with an herbal finish. srwalker155210 (108) - Port Orange, Florida, USA - SEP 13, 2015
This is a confusing beer- not good, but not bad. First and last time I'll try it. Do yourself a favor and try something else.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel color with a medium sized foamy orange-beige head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy honey and chamomile. The flavor was sweet sugar, tangy malts, honey and golden fruits. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Well done. aumentm (750) - North Carolina, USA - MAY 10, 2015
Holy mackerel, this beer brings it with every drop. This is a well positioned brew that gives out as much as it takes. jgb9348 (6482) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - MAR 6, 2015
Nice crisp light copper and bronze coloured body with a good thick three centimetre tall tan head that leaves a relatively ugly lace. Aroma of candy, yeast, alcohol, apricots, apples, pears and a hint of flowers - nice and strong. Full-bodied; Strong malty flavour up front with quite quite a bit of candy and caster sugar tastes, some subdued yeast elements, hits of honey, bananas, figs and flowers, all finishing with a good body and robust dryness. Aftertaste shows a good blend of dry oak and floral notes coupled with a lot of residual sweetness from the caster sugar. Overall, a surprisingly nice beer with a smooth profile (expected from the age) and a robust finish. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from The Corner Store (Bait & Tackle) in West Palm Beach, Florida on 30-December-2013 for US$3,59 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 06-March-2015. bkurtz (1134) - LITHUANIA - NOV 14, 2014
Bottle - Pours a hazy amber/orange with a creamy, but quickly dissipating head. Banana and tart fruit aromas, some alcohol there as well. Banana in the taste with an alcohol burn, Muddled, some nice notes, but overall not very nice. Improves as it warms with some pleasant Belgian Triple notes, banana, clove and spices. elbernays (1679) - Dublin, IRELAND - OCT 28, 2014
Bottle from local liquor store orlando. Pours amber no head. Yeast, dough, slight spice. Flavour is biscuit. Carbonation is less than a normal saison. ABV managed well. Okay
