2011 Vintage. Pours opaque orange with small white fizz. Smells peppery and fruity with hints of bitterness underneath. Tastes fruity, sweet malted with hints of pepper or funk, pretty much a solid tripel with some saison qualities. Full-bodied with a smooth texture and surprisingly soft mouth-carbonation, Holy Mackerel Panic Attack (2011) finishes with some slightly unpleasant sweetness. Aroma is fairly strong, malty with a firm candy-sweet overtone and fruity hints. It pours a nice clear coppery amber with a decent off-white head that leaves some nice lacing. Flavor is quite strong and mouth-filling, fairly sweet but not cloying, malty and subtly hoppy with hints of caramel and cinnamon. Texture is fairly fizzy and fairly smooth, leaving a lip-smacking finish. jaicoa (4) - Orlando, USA - JUN 27, 2014 does not count
Sweet ,fruity and awesome taste. Would have it again anytime. Love the fact that it’s a small batch beer. Keep it up! Ibrew2or3 (8660) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - DEC 23, 2010
Ah Gordash, what have you got here? Pours copper – amber with gold hues and thin white head. The aroma is fruity and off kilter a bit, in a good way. I get prunes, cranberries, cherries and pineapple mixing with subtle and soft yeasty spices. The taste is starts with smooth prunes brightened up with raisins and near tart cranberries creating a pleasing sensation that is a bit palate cleansing as well as snappy and crisp. OK, I’m really diggin’ this. It picks up more raisins, brown sugar and yeasty spices toward the finish. Wow! Well done. rae912 (35) - Florida, USA - MAR 5, 2012
A lovely brew that pours a golden amber. Just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering.

On tap at Hurricane Wings in Plantation. Pours a nice cloudy apricot color with an off white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty, with nice spice notes. Flavor is smooth, malty, bready, yeasty, light fruit, banana. Well done and at 10% DANGEROUS! jgb9348 (6321) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - MAR 6, 2015
Nice crisp light copper and bronze coloured body with a good thick three centimetre tall tan head that leaves a relatively ugly lace. Aroma of candy, yeast, alcohol, apricots, apples, pears and a hint of flowers - nice and strong. Full-bodied; Strong malty flavour up front with quite quite a bit of candy and caster sugar tastes, some subdued yeast elements, hits of honey, bananas, figs and flowers, all finishing with a good body and robust dryness. Aftertaste shows a good blend of dry oak and floral notes coupled with a lot of residual sweetness from the caster sugar. Overall, a surprisingly nice beer with a smooth profile (expected from the age) and a robust finish. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from The Corner Store (Bait & Tackle) in West Palm Beach, Florida on 30-December-2013 for US$3,59 sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on 06-March-2015. julieimagery (182) - Coconut creek, Florida, USA - FEB 10, 2012
UPDATED: APR 28, 2012 This is great wheat, barley and yeast tasting beer. It does have any strong caramel or roast flavor. just simple, bold and good.

Bottle, thanks Jared! Sweet Belgian candy sugar with notes of banana and caramel. Pours cloudy amber colored with half a finger of off white head with good retention and and excellent lacing. Very rich, sweet beer with the candy sugar most prominent at the start with notes of banana and caramel. Finishes smooth with some spiciness of the Belgian yeast coming through at the end. Interesting take on a Belgian trippel.
