Bottle thanks to Prufrockstar! Hazy light yellow pour with a white head. Very slight gusher - get that glass ready! Great apricot peach slightly sour nose. Tart, but mildly so. Really nice citrus notes, citrus rind and bitterness. Dry, funky with a hint of dust and earthiness.

Hazy golden-orange body, medium to large white head, dense lacing. First sips show lemon, lacto wheat, and light must before transitioning to ripe apricot, peach, and orange juice backed by bright acidity. Medium bodied with moderate to gentle carbonation, semi-dry throughout, nice acidity and tartness, juicy finish.

Shared with friends on a camping trip while sitting around a campfire. The first pour from the bottle was clear and gold with frothed egg white head (later pours were understandably less clear). Aroma: restrained stone fruit; leathery brett; initially some copper; maybe a hint of rubber. Taste is lightly tart and delicate. The fruit component hints at sweetness. Overall: The metallic note detracted from this for me, but I was the only one who seemed to get that; everybody around me loved this.

Maxdaddy gave me this bottle, way too kind of him.. and he was the guest. Completely thick pour, dirty golden color. Aroma is awesome tropical fruits. Just my type, not hops centric or ester centric, just a mix of tropical fruits. Flavor is tart fruit akin to pineapple. Strawberry finish. Maybe the best ale I have had from Holy Mountain, finally starting to dial in the funky stuff.

Bottle release, tasted in Seattle. Late gushing foam. Lovely, bright pour like so many HM beers. Cloudy yellow, thick white foam. Lovely tart, bright inviting aroma. Apricot and mandarin. Sip is lovely, smooth wheat and mellowing body. Easy drinker. Best ’sour’ yet from HM, and very encouraging.

Thanks to Matt for the bottle! Cloudy light yellow. Not much to look at. Lactic and citric acid in here; heavy dairy and sweet lemon zest on the nose. Lemons with a bit of candi sugar, some earthy rye and cardamom spice. Lovely underlying tartness that’s almost prickly. Reminds me of something like Le Terroir. Not quite so punchy, though. Some chardonnay too. Really nice. Like this one quite a bit.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart leathery notes, some funk, and wheat. Flavour reveals notes of leather, light sweetness, tart funky notes and some cereal wheaty notes. Cohesive and well-balanced, leaving a lovely tart finish. Very good.
