Pours a clear red or maybe dark orange with a thin white head that leaves low lacing. Nose is of cherries, raspberries, feeling a little jammy. Taste is of more raspberries with a moderately low tartness. Some good oak. Seedy. Body is light to medium and carbonation moderate. Pretty refreshing and fairly vinous. A pretty good barrel aged fruit beer (or an american sour with fruits?). Never over the top and pretty tasty.

Bottle (750 ml), shared at tasting. Slightly hazy pinkish-red with a small white ring of lacing. Aroma is a nice mix of tart notes, raspberries, cherries, mild spiciness and light cheesiness. Taste is moderately tart with tart raspberries, tart cherries, light herbalness, soft minerality and leafy notes. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Tart raspberries finish. A bit puckering, but the aroma is really enticing and the fruity profile is lovely.
