COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Fellowcraft was brewed in April, the base beer is a light pale ale hopped heavily with Amarillo. It was transferred to an oak puncheon and aged with a mixed brettanomyces culture for 3 months before being dry hopped in the barrel. Fellowcraft will be available only on draught at both The Masonry and the Holy Mountain taproom while the limited supply lasts.

Clear golden, white head. Sweet citrus, tart. Bright. Lovely nose. Bitter, lightly tart. Not as malty. Clean. Lighter effervescent body. Great.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of musty woody brett, some floral and citrus dry hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour is very fresh and oaky, with a wonderful dry hop character, oak and toasted biscuity malt backbone. That oak really shines through, finishing dry and toasty. Excellent.

Woah nelly. Helllla yeasty. Them Brettanomyces scrong. Smells like sock and lemon. The Amarillo is subtle, could be stronger. Pale ale but not like any I've tasted.

joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - MAR 20, 2016
On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours an orange color with a huge fluffy white head. The aroma is bright and hoppy with some fruity notes of orange, lemon and grapefruit. Aromatic. The flavor is great. Orange and grapefruit with some strong, but pleasant citric tartness. Nice mild brett phenols in the finish to add some complexity. Very fruity. Lightly creamy mouth feel. Very nice.

ACHops (1616) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 6, 2016
On tap @ Holy Mountain. Pours clear medium golden with thin lacy off-white head. Aroma is medium crisp pale malt, solid oaky undertones, light hops on the back. Taste is chewy pale malt, light Brett funk, crisp with light tartness, oaky and dry on the finish. Not sure that this completely comes together in a balanced way for me, but tons of great flavors and easy drinking.
