Growler from Beer Authority, purchased and consumed months ago. From motes. Clear pale/gold pour; white head, minimal lacing, short duration. Aroma opens with a big whiff of green apples. Behind that there are other fruits; grass, toast, creamed corn. Part way through the apples are gone, so possibly it was all a figment of my imagination, but leaving it here for the impression it made anyway. Taste is moderately sweet and fruity, with a toasty, moderately bitter finish. Bitterness lasts on the tongue. Palate: light body, carbonation a little on the light side (but that could be due to the growler? Who knows), slick texture. Overall: I’ll order this again when I see it, and will adjust rating in future as needed. Judging by the other reviews, my experience may have been an anomaly. [3/1/15] Draught at Holy Mountain Brewing in Seattle. Clear golden. Decent aroma of lager yeast and some herbal hops. Flavor has light maltiness, a bit of lager yeast, and nice bitterish herbal hops. Rather light-bodied. ACHops (1739) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 1, 2015
On tap @ Holy Mountain. Pours clear bright golden with thick white head that laces well. Aroma is light pale malt, just a hint of hops. Taste is clean light bready malt, crisp cracker dry finish with light earthy and peppery hop notes. Very easy drinking. Pretty good for the style. Tap at Uber Tavern, Seattle. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Grain, hints of citrus, some sweetness and malts. Not bad. mcberko (20528) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 7, 2015
On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is lovely for the style, with notes of grass, corn, bready malt and straw. Flavour is the same, with grassy hops, straw and grass. Dry, hoppy, and grassy. Lots of depth and high drinkability. Really nice pils.

Draft - Grainy notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Grainy, light bitterness and a dry finish. Flavourful and nice. trevor211 (1681) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 27, 2015
One of the better pilsners I’ve ever had. Light, pale yellow pour. More floral/herbal hops on the nose than I was expecting, and they carry through to the flavor, which adds bready, biscuity malts. Far more complex than other examples of the style -- almost like a clearer, crisper (light) NW pale ale. OldMrCrow (2448) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 12, 2015
Tap at Toronado.

Darker amber pour than expected. Crisp grassy-hop nose. Quite a bit maltier than your average pils, but not in a bad way. Rather aggressive hopping feels more PacNW than pure Saaz but is very tasty nonetheless. Quite a nice beer. I’m impressed.
Draft at Beer Authority, Seattle. As Holy Mountain Pilsner. Gold, good foam. Quite dry and bitter, very solid pils. Some banana and grass. Tasty. beastiefan2k (4271) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - JAN 9, 2015
Pint at Toronado. Clear golden color. Moderate bitter Saaz aroma, more bitter than I want it. Some earthy lagered malts. Well lagered without metallic character. Faint floral fruitiness. Mouthfeel is dry and mine rally, moderate carbonation. Lots of hops and white bready malts. A bit thicker on the back end. Not sweet. I want it to be a little less bitter and a little crisper on the backend.
