Bottle from brewery. Pours dark golden with a small stable creamy head and lacings. Bread crust, grass, grain. Floral hoppy. Very dry with a fine bitterness. Medium bodied. Small vinous note. Seems a bit stronger than 4,7! MiP (15981) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 14, 2010
Draught at the brewpub. Mild bready aroma, a little sweet and spicy from the hops. Looks clear yellow in the mug. The flavour is sweet, bready, slightly vinous. Mild bitterness. Tastes a little stronger ABV than your average lager. bacchanalia (146) - milton, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2010
Real powerful nose of weetabix with an underlying acacia honey, one of the most powerful noses I’ve had from a bottled lager. Body of teh beer is class, nice & rounded with light conditioning. The flavour is again nice & full on , there’s a blast of cereal with that nice delicate honeyed background, but also a purveying slightly green, earthy , damp straw & vegetal character, its not unpleasant but wouldn’t be top of my flavour charts. Now this bottle only has a months shelf life & I’m 2 weeks into that when trying, but I would love to try this on draught to see what its like & I reckon it would be a belter. Obvioulsy I can only score it from what I’ve tasted. KimJohansen (10497) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - JUL 9, 2010

Ceramic mug. Clear light amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, keller, malt sweet, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
Ceramic mug. Slightly hoppy nose has fruity accents. Smooth, slightly toasty with good hop bitterness. Well-balanced, delicious country lager. jonas (8157) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JUN 26, 2009
Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Buttered grass aroma. Golden, low carbonation low head. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 23, 2009
Malt, honey, butter - like a fresh werthers echte. Medium body, light carbonation. Straw aftertaste.
Draft @ brewery. Served in the krug so hard to see but has a characteristic long-lasting head. Smells great, a little yeasty, a little sweet, and very fresh. Cask ale-like palate with low carbonation. Dry finish after fresh juicy grain body. Good liquid fare. Totally Franconian. Quack-Duck (9534) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 7, 2009
bottle, mit Dank an pivnizub! Clear golden colour, mid-sized creamy white head. Aromatic herbal-hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, lovely malt flavours combined with fine aromatic hops. Bitter-sweet, with a grassy-resiny hop profile and a lingering finish. This beer has a lovely rural character. pivnizub (10839) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - FEB 23, 2008
Bottle:Golden coloured, lively carbonation, firm, creamy, persistent white head; pale malt and aromatic herbal hops in the nose; soft creamy MF, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; "oaky" traces in the sweet and grassy-hoppy finish. Good, solid and well crafted.......
