COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A winning single hop IPA overflowing with bold aromas and flavours. Hefty doses of Citra usher in bright citrus fruit aromas. Vibrant grapefruit, lemon and mandarin flavours are tempered by the addition of oats to produce a soft mouthfeel. A sensory overload built upon the foundation of Northern Monk’s distinctive house yeast strain. Deliciously fruity, unashamedly hazy, and a true collaborative effort – the race to finish your can won’t last long.

August 2017 - Can shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindiggery. Thanks everyone! As 'Honest Brew Free Lunch Citra IPA', 5.4%. Hazy lemon yellow, sparkling, foamy white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is astringent lemon juice, pineapple peel, some green banana and green apple. Body is light, a touch frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is lemon and stones, light astringency, dry and chalky with some pithy grapefruit in the finish. Decent. (6-4-7-3-15=3.5)

Huge creamy white head sat on a hazy light orange coloured, still body. Zesty orange, sweet citrus & tropical fruits aroma. Medium bodied, nicely balanced carbonation on the palate, slightly cloying on the back. A big hit of bitter/sweet orange with citrus, topical fruits & haribos tastes. Nice one.
