Golden with light haze. Medium to light body. Light toasted malt profile with enough zesty hops to keep it interesting. Finish has a crips hop bite. Refreshing and easy. Good for a calm pint. luttonm (6972) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 11, 2016
Draft at 192 in Kenmore. Amber brown, small head. odd sour-fruity, mild aroma. Just off. Eggy sweet, weird bitter ESB I guess, by style, but just weird and disgusting. Some bitter, some odd fruit. Bad. Infection but also ill conceived. andrewje41 (4532) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - NOV 17, 2015
Draft pour pint at the 192 lake trail taproom. Power is out but they got a generator blasting in my ear allowing me to enjoy a beer in the dim light. I’m thankful that beer pours in the powerless area that is north of Seattle, that seems to get shit on every time a wind storm comes through. It creates a dose of free time that naturally leads to an anecdotal story time rating of a beer. Clear copper pour with almost no head. Update, no head. Caramely, buttery aroma. Light body, wood flavor, caramely. Smooth malty finish. Drank easy. Average beer, but the "desperate for a beer" situation that surrounded it may have made it seem more significant. The end. Draft - Caramel and leafy bitterness. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light twig and pale malts. Finish has some more bitterness. Decent. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - MAY 1, 2011
Bottle:   Amberish, slight haze, large frothy white head, spotty lacing.   Barnish aroma, slightly mealy.   Perhaps even a bit dusty and earthy.   Some biscuit, but its minor.   Musty start, slight cereal, faint wet cardboard.   Even seems a little ashy.   Its actually not bad.   Moderate body and mouthfeel.   Pale graininess on the finish, a little musty.   Looking at the other reviews I am just happy this one isn’t infected.   Okay example, but nothing to write home about.

draft at the brewery. pours a hazy medium gold with a loose white head and plenty of sheety lace. mild toasty nose. creamy medium body with soft wooly carb. toasty mid palate with mildly sweet bready notes, slight earthy hop finish. BillKismet (4165) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 7, 2009
Gold-bronze with little head. Moderate mix of crystal and dank Britt hops in the aroma. Boring Britt hop profile balanced by lackluster malt. Some woodiness and beery bitter finish. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 6, 2008
Bottle from By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Another cruddy infected beer in a bottle from Hood Canal. They might consider renaming the company "Drain Pour Brewing." Poured a copper-amber body with a huge white head that erupted out of the bottle and all over the counter top and floor upon opening. Bitter, sweet, and sour metallic nose. Only a few sips before this one headed down the drain. BückDich (5477) - McCall, Idaho, USA - MAR 25, 2008
Bottle: Copper color, light white head and lacing. Nose of bitter decent hops and some light pale and very light caramel malts. The flavor has a decent bitter tail and a balanced maltiness but nothing for a body and a fairly mediocre tail. Ok ESB. Bought at Central Market in Poulsbo, WA.
