I really hate being a complete downer about a brewery but I’m actually surprised this place has survived this long. Sigh. This is a poor attempt at a DIPA. Very deep copper. Some citrus, some light toasted malt. Lots of junk. I’ve had bad homebrew that’s better than this. I’ve given them enough chances. mcberko (17847) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 30, 2015
On tap at Hood Canal, pours a hazy orange with almost no head. Aroma is pretty restrained for the style, with resinous hops and dry bready caramel. Flavour is pretty bland for the style, with dry bready caramel and some resinous hops. For a IIPA, this is missing something. Nothing offensive, but it’s just completely underwhelming. Draft - Vegetal notes and some apple. Hazy dark gold with a decent white head. Apple and some hoppy bitterness. Nope. BrewDad (5328) - Olympia, Washington, USA - JUL 5, 2012

Big malt bomb. It was a huge malty brew and very little hops linger smell or add to the flavor. Opps
Holy fuck, this might be the most crystal maltest beer I have ever had. For fucks sake, did we put anything else in here besides crystal malt? God damn, caramel iced tea on the nose, residual sugars, a little floral notes. Pours dark amber, nice head, good color provided by all the crystal malt. Incredibly sweet, caramel, iced tea residual sugar, light earthy peppery hops. Very sweet, tons of residual sugar everywhere. Big bodied, very hard to drink. Wow, not my favorite at all.
