Wird irgendwie in Alaska gebraut, hat aber den Namen von der Bryce Canyon Region und dort hab ich es auch bekommen. Also gibt’s doch Alkohol über 4% in Utah.
Worschd, ran ans Glas! Optisch kölschig, in der Nase malzig bräsig. Im Trunk leicht maischig, wässrig. Hinten leicht bitter. Kölsch will ich das eigentlich nicht nennen. Eher ein leichtes Pils. Geht schon. tia (2160) - Sandston, Virginia, USA - SEP 19, 2016

Draught at GABBF. Pours clear gold with a medium, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is corny Pils malt and light earthy hops. Flavor is crisp corny Pils malt, light earthy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation. rondphoto (4383) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - JUN 14, 2015
on tap @ Prospector’s / Denai Nat’l Park AK --- Nearly clear straw color with a full white head cover, streamers of lace. Taste is malt that reveals light clay on the swallow, and maybe a touch of sulfur (which an authentic Kolsch should have), moving from there to a lightly hopped finish. Balanced, a good example of the style. rdixon77 (2763) - Georgia, USA - MAR 27, 2015
Old rating. Dark gold pour. Big malts, grassy hops, clean palate. Just okay. Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - SEP 13, 2014
At Capital Brew fest.
This was poured into a mini snifter.
The appearance was a nice looking yellow color with a decent transparency rising in it. Light lacing clung here and there.
The smell had a nice blend of sweet citrus to malty sweetness of a slight sweet corn malt to it. Light spicy effects rail my nose in a nice way.
The taste was mainly sweet through more of a lemon sweet and almost bittersweet appeal.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed appropriately styled for the beer. It left a really nice sweet lemon aftertaste.
Overall, really nice kolsch I am wishing I could get on a regular basis. Oh well, just gotta make it up to Fairbanks for this. nickd717 (4645) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 21, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Grainy and lemony aroma. Nice clean flavor, dry with pale malt and grassy hops. Medium bitterness. Crisp mouthfeel with lighter body. Decent for the style.
