COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask and Bottled Conditioned.
A premium dark red beer, based on the recipe used for the 150th celebration brew. Copper has a strong dry palate with an unusual ’old fasioned’ aftertaste. Copper is brewed with Maris Otter malt, flavoured with proportions of aromatic and brown malt, creating a highly distinctive character. Fuggles, challenger and Goldings whole hops are used, and the beer is both late hopped in the copper and dry hopped in the cask.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2004 Sampled cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Copper colour. Hay, licorice and Hook Norton's signatory deep malt character, that's the most prominent features of this beer. Woody and lighlty salty with balanced bitterness. Another winner by these guys...
