MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2014
(bottle conditioned) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Juicy (cara-)malty aroma with notes of biscuits, backed by mildly citric and zesty hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly biscuity malty taste with hints of caramel, accompanied by grapefruity hops. Lingering into the quite rounded malty and hoppy finish. 19.IV.14

Pours out of the bottle in a clear golden colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of hay and hops. Taste of mild hops, barley, light amlt, wheat, bread and caramel. Bitter-dry finish with some light watery touch. Drinkable.

Flaske 0,5l fra Vinmonopolet, Tromsø Langnes. Drukket i Skibotn 16 Mar 14. Gyldenbrun. Litt uklar. Pent skum som varer en god stund og etterlater seg kniplingslacing. Aromaen er aprikos & litt blomster. Smaken litt syrlig frukt med underliggende maltpreg. Avslutter tørt. Moreish.

Nice ohne with its hoppy moments and some grass. Drinkable, quaffy, some citrus in the back. Bit above average.

500ml bottle conditioned, from Vinmonopolet Tromsø Langnes. Crystal clear amber coloured body. Hazy last pour. Frothy white head, laces well. Smell of leafy hops and caramel malts. Well blended flavours of mid-sweet malts, grapefruits and resin. Prolonged, dry malt bitter ending. Medium bodied. Fresh and nice to drink (Tromsø 05.04.2014).

Blonde, fizzy white head. Not much aroma. Bright bitter flavour. Really fizzy. Like really. Short dry finish.

nilsas (4062) - Bryne, NORWAY - DEC 27, 2013
En flaske med mye smell, stort trykk da korken smalt, men ikke noe bruste over. Sursøt duft med en anelse sitron. Fin gyllen farge. Mye skum som sakte forsvinner. litt syrlig smak med en anelse søt frukt smak.

Leighton (21087) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 5, 2013
Cask at Sir John Oldcastle, JDW - London. Pretty average offering overall, but not bad for a Spoonies. Sweet pale malts pervade with notes of citrus and berries. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with some grapes and bready pale malts. Simple, tasty.
