A real hop-feast of a beer! Two English and two Continental hops give a very satisfying bitter yet flowery palate. Maize, wheat and barley malts combine with the hops to yield a very soft flavoursome pale thirst quenching ale.

A Mes rate: cask at the Nags Head.
Amber gold with a thin but lasting white head. Fairly bland on the nose but there are some pretty decent grassy hops there if you dig deep. In the mouth... drinkable, well balanced, extremely dull. Faint hops, some mineral notes. Very faint caramalt in the finish. Thats really all there is. Overall, inoffensive, mindnumbingly dull.

On Cask.British plain apperance. Citrous nose and refreshing taste with a note of lemongrass. The hops (Challenger?) give a refreshing tone to this thist killer beer. A perfect companion in a summer afternoon.

Cask @ GBBF 2008. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus zest aroma. Fruity malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has malty hoppy citrus finish with some bitternes in the aftertaste.

Golden coloured body with a super-thin white head and almost no movement at all! Bright aroma of citrus, malt and a very small amount of hops. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong citrus flavour right away with a subtle hop bitterness and a pungent maltiness. Aftertaste has a little alcohol noticeable, but a mostly mild and mellow beer. Overall, a nice beer, but not amazing, good to try though! I sampled this beer on cask at The Market Porter in Borough, London, England on 11-March-2008.

Bottle, Tesco, Slough. Poured a piss like gold, vanishing head. Grassy, citrus aroma and flavour. Muted hop. Dryish finish. Thin, wishy washy and overall somewhat unsatisfying. Neeext.

Bottled version, golden blond coloured beer with some light carbonation and a small white head. Herby yeasty and fruity touched special aroma (probably the lemon grass touches). Full light sprankling hoppy palate. Finish is fruity lemongrass bitter touches. Rather strange brew but not bad.
