Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, caramel, malt and notes of fruits. Lightrider (344) - Bristol, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 26, 2014
Bottle into an ale glass. Aroma is all malt and not that strong, but the taste is rich and deep. Pour is a dark orange amber with a lace head. Finish is warm and sweet. A very good lager.

Drank from the bottle, was free, only other option was crap Kokanee so it was what I had to choose. Aroma is uninspiring, taste is slightly metallic, mildly malty. Watery, not very interesting.

This might be a hit with drinkers of macro lagers, but overall I find it bland and lightweight. Nice looking beer, rich amber color and fluffy/rocky head. Aroma is almost too faint to register and taste is very light malt. Might be a good summer time brew. RobertDale (6477) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - FEB 11, 2014
Bottle. Thanks James! Pours a clear golden red with a decent off-white head. Aroma of malt and grain. Taste is malt, grain, caramel, and a touch of hops. Well made. jtclockwork (16597) - , New Jersey, USA - JAN 27, 2014
Bottle. Pours amber gold with white head. Nose and taste of malt, salted bread, light toffee and toasted biscuit and cracker malt. Medium body. Erzengel (8744) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 26, 2014
Glass-bottle. Malty nose with hints of grain. Brown in the glass. The beer starts malty, slightly sweet. Smooth and highly drinkable. Quite fresh. Slightly sourish in the mainpart, the beer continues smooth and malty. The aftertaste is medium, nearly no hops, malty-sweetish and smooth.
--> Nice session beer. Not too deep but nice malty and not too flat in aroma. --> 12/13/11/10
