COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
When your brewmaster comes up with a recipe as good as this one, you let him name the beer whatever he wants. Heres what makes our recipe so darn good: a rich burnt orange colour, darker than most lagers, a smooth, medium body with a bold, but pleasant, hop taste, full of flavour, unlike your traditional cold-as-ice beers with no taste, made with only the best ingredients, including Canadian & English Malts, and German & Czech Hops.

Aroma is one of beers most complex features. Aroma is propelled by lively CO2 and dampened by pillowy heads - especially nitrogen foam. Click on a term below to add it to your tasting notes.

[email protected], Canada. Amber coloured beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is lightly hopped and malty, and the flavour is mildly bitter with a little hops and watery maltiness. Overall an average beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at John Browns. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma is full of hay and biscuit with a bit of corn underlying. Flavor has notes of sweet grains and corn with a bit of hay underlying.

Pours clear red-brown with fizzy tan head; not much lace. Aroma of sweet malt, some cherry, a noticeable root beer quality. Taste is well-balanced and clean; caramel, bread, some berry, mild and refreshing hop finish. Solid product.

Decent taste, one of the more unique beers served at the airport... okay the only one. Best one on list, ranked high because of this. More seection and it would rank lower.

Bright copper color with a moderate, foamy, mostly lasting light beige head. Pale and toasted malts, along with herbal hops. Quite clean smelling. Light sweet malts in the front. Some caramel, toasted malt and a hint of nuts. Just enough bitterness to help quash the sweetness and lead to a fairly crisp finish. A decent Vienna.

From can, a gift from a friend. Cheers Evan! Sparse off white head, dark amber colour, clear. Nice sweet malty aroma: caramel, toffee, grain. Bitter taste with a little sweet aftertaste. Medium body, short finish, flat. Quite malty, but interesting.
