3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy deep golden with a small white top. Aroma is earthy hop with a small spicy characteristic. Taste is a not bad earthy pine hop flavouring with a low bitterness.
Pours a huge foamy bubbly white head. Has a pale golden appearance. Nice dirty lacing. Floral and citrus hops with a bit of a grainy malt aroma. Flavours are mostly of the citrus and floral hop variety. Good balance with malts but I think hops are more dominant, mainly cascade hops. The caramel sweetness is barely noticeable but not completely absent. Some bitterness on the palate but not too offensive. Pretty good tasting. Has a tingling and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Pretty smooth and easy going down. Almost like some soapiness to it, hard to explain that one. :p Not too bad, average. lux_edwards (306) - - SEP 16, 2016
50 cl can. Pours a clear amber with a nice lasting white head. Aroma of citrus and grass. Taste is slightly bitter. Nice mouth feel. Overall good pale ale. dreamflower (791) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 16, 2016
Howler shared with northropfrye. I liked this one. I can taste the hops but they’re not so pronounced, so it’s a guzzler beer. It’s sessionable, I should say. Refreshing. northropfrye (3643) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 16, 2016
Light slightly orange/yellow body, white head, some lacing. Tropical fruit and resin aroma, but faint. Taste is sweet malts, dry watery finish. This would be watery even for a Bitter or something. I’d hardly call this an APA. It’s on the level of the Alexander Keith’s hop series. Some flavour, but not that great. slowrunner77 (12147) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Slightly less crappy than the IPA, which was liquid hopped cardboard. Really basic and really boring. Seemed old as well...

473 mL can. Pours copper with a thick white head. Nose is hop spice and citrus peels, some mild biscuity malt. Taste is bland, mildly sweet with mild bitterness, hung on a thin, watery frame with little to no mouth feel. Too bad, based off the pour and the nose I thought this would be decent at least. Moderate carbonation and weak body. bjakk (789) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - DEC 16, 2014
From my friend Melissa. Golden, clear with white foam. Mild orange malt in the aroma. Malt, orange, with mild sweet hay bitterness. A bit watery. gramity (1673) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 10, 2014
Pale straw colored pour, big frothy head, watery lacing. Aroma of light pine hops, with tinges of citrus. The malts smell cheap, and honestly smell like a cheap brew at home kit. body is a tad watery, and the mouthfeel is a little soft. VT (2527) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 9, 2014
473 ml can. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, herb, caramel. Flavor is cereals, dry, some grapefruit and caramel. Finish is a bit of grass and grapefruit. Rather dry. Medium body, somewhat sticky, average carbonation. Felt quite generic. samzim (431) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 24, 2014
Malty aroma with notes of hops and citrus. Clear straw colour. Bitter front with caramel flavour and slightly boozy finish. Light-medium body with high carbonation. Not bad, and pleasant to sip.
