Can from the brewery. Cloudy reddish-gold with a big and creamy white head. Aroma and flavour are mostly bang on for the style - banana, clone, cracked wheat - along with some bright lemon notes in the finish. Bit of a hidden gem, IMO. Tranquillity (2250) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 3, 2016
Canned. Golden body, slightly brown, large white head. The aroma is a bit plastic and the taste watery. Fresh but lacks the taste of wheat. Bierdimpfe (633) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 2, 2016
Veiled golden color with a strong amount of activity. Thin white 2 finger head, lasting around 10 minutes, with weak legs.
Aromas of faint wheat grains. Flavors sugary malts, faint lime, floral and herbal spices. Bready with a nice sour sharpness and balanced sweetness.
Smooth slick light body with prickly carbonation. Light and short finish, ending with a smoky grainy feel and lingering noble hops.
Overall a little above average in quality having nice balanced flavors but dull freshness being a little flat. The smell is slightly off with a wet cardboard feel, and the body is very weak. bdeon (8) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 25, 2016 does not count
Pours with a nice creamy head like a traditional weiss. Best served in a weiss glass for this reason. Hints of banana, meyer lemon, and clove. Excellent summer weiss beer reminiscent of German wheats. My top pick for Ontario weissbier so far. UXO (1896) - CANADA - MAY 19, 2016
Appearance: slightly hazy pale gold with one finger of loose white head diminishing rapidly to nothing, no lacing. (3/5) Aroma: yeasty wheat, banana, citrus, coriander. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, light spice. (6/10) Light body, lively carbonation, off-dry short duration slightly spicy finish. (3/5)
I’m not entirely sure about the packaging date - there’s a stamp on the can reading G30512, which I’m interpreting as July 30, 2015 (i.e. like Unbroue’s format) but I could be wrong. It’s not like there’s a lot of hop character to degrade here, but it might explain why it’s only slightly hazy, instead of actually cloudy. Regardless, as it stands right now, it’s an inoffensive and quaffable summer ale, without a whole lot to distinguish it. OK, but nothing exciting. (12/20)

Can - a fairly run of the mill hefe. Not great, not bad. Yeasty and lemony, light and highly carbonated. bulldogops (2490) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 25, 2015
Rating #1219 - 05.08.2014 On tap @revolutionyeg Pours a clear golden yellow with no haziness to speak of. Bubbly white head dissipates quickly. Aroma is heavy on yeast, mild fruitiness (banana), very mild herbal note.. Taste is quite sweet, and doesn’t have the natural spicy tones of your typical hefeweisen. Pretty mild. UPDATED: AUG 7, 2015 Pours cloudy gold with white head. Smell is very spicy. Taste is the same, flavour is all spices, body is a bit thin, aftertaste is slightly sweet bread. I’m not really feeling this one. Strangebrewer (1296) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 24, 2015
can. Poured hazy straw coloured with a white head. Grainy wheat aroma with a hint of lemony citrus. Light-medium body, average carbonation, refreshing mouthfeel. Citrusy wheat malt flavour, notes of yeast with a touch of corriander. Typical weisse. taylorderek (40) - Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 15, 2015
Pours a hue of gold with a fluffy write head. On the tongue it’s got a medium body and persistent carbonation. The yeast smell is a bit overbearing, which leads to a shortbread sort of flavour.
