3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From Growler. Nose of confused pine and grapefruit, slight earthy. Wonderful creamy head that laced the entire glass. Color was much darker than average IPAs. It was thick without being syrupy or sticky. There was the same confused pine grapefruit frontend with a wonderful malty finish that gets more pronounced as it warms. An overall solid brew!! I cant wait to try others from here.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Good solid local IPA. With a name like Hop Farm it had better be. Aroma was nice. All grassy and grapefruit rind hops. Pour was a nice hazy light gold with a one finger white head. Taste was good. Strong bitter hops in the front. A little watery mid sip and just a hint of butterscotch and malt in the finish. Nice and bitter but bordered dish soap territory. Good carboantion
