UPDATED: APR 21, 2018 Can - super herbal/piney which dominates the fruitiness - low bitterness makes this surprisingly easy to smash despite the piney-ness - alcohol invisible - a very interesting NEIPA quite unlike others I’ve had recently - a very good drink.

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2018 Very cloudy with moderate white head. Aroma and taste are all about the fruity hops. Quite a dry fruitiness, but juicy at the same time. Not particularly sweet. Slightly oily, however less than expected.

It’s all been said above. This is as good as it gets for me. Ticks all the boxes. Well done Hop Nation, remarkabl effort.

Two day old can bought at Mr.West, not far from the brewery. Pours a murky mango juice with a creamy low head. Aroma of fresh citrus not too pungent which is nice, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, nectarine. A lovely citrus and tropical flavour, stone fruits, with an intense second half with rising hop tang and bitterness. The mouthfeel wins it here, a super smooth low carbonation feel, medium bodied and soft like Trillium NEIPAs I've tried, and lets you know it's an IPA with a punchy finish. I was surprised to see some low scores here, this is spot on to me.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2018 Pours from the can a cloudy orange with effervescent head. Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, berries and pine. Tropical flavours abound with pleasant resin heat and restrained bitterness. Delicious.

375ml can into shaker. Nose is dank riverside undergrowth with hints of overripe melons. Murky orange beer with fluffy white head. Bit of a zing on first taste then more dank and fruity sweetness. Very late on some light bitterness arrives. Alcohol is well hidden. Not bad at all.

Can from the brewery Hazy yellow gold color, minimal white head. nose is Fruity and grassy. Probably too grassy. Taste is big hop character, lots of fresh cut grass and herbal. Subtle tropical fruits. A bit green in the mouth.

375 ml can. Pours with a hazy light gold body and a modest white head. Pleasant US hop-driven flavour and aroma with a creamy, mouthfilling body and a moderate bitter finish. Par for the course.
