Clear copper with white head. Honey, hops and rye in aroma. Bitterness in taste is not overwhelming, almost bread-y. Fresh and very easy to drink. Great beer to pair with a large variety of food.

The aroma brings out bread crumbs, honey, a little peach, some musk and a pinch of grapefruit. The grapefruit is strong on tasting, along with plenty of pine, pepper and some peach too. Bottle. Copper with creamy beige head. Plenty of grassy aromas, along with rye, resin and toffee like malts. Draught at The Quarryman’s Hotel, Pyrmont. Pours a clear ruby amber, with a small, lasting off-white head. The aroma has pine, floral and a little berry hops, as well as generous rye bread malt. Quite strong floral and pine hops up front lead into a full rye bread and nutty malt body, with balanced sweetness. Pine hops keep it fresh in the finish. A very nice red IPA.
