Taste: toasted grain, caramel, toffee, orange peel, mild earthy flavours. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Easy enough to drink. Good flavour without being over powering. Easy to drink and not too heavy. Strong.

330ml bottle. Clear copper-brown pour, ample dense beige head. Caramel malts, slightly toasty, fresh pine and floral hops on the nose. Balanced palate, malt sweetness up front, beady mouthfeel, medium body, moderate resinous dry hop finish. A great American-style amber ale.

Lovely piney aroma. Grapefruit and caramel with hint of vanilla on the palate. Bitterness just eclipses the malt, which is great. Creamy on the back palate.
Great beer from one of the best, I say.
