A remarkably light, crisp and hoppy alewith a hint of sauvignon. Maris Otter Pale Malt and Carapils provide a light malty base for intensely aromatic floral, citrus and gooseberry flavours of Chinook, Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.

Floral, fresh smell. Tastes of gooseberries & citrus. Very light, almost like a lager.

A golden yellow coloured beer with a weak white head. A strong hop aroma. Loaded with orangey and floral aromas, plus a slight grassiness. Dry mouthfeel. A bitter hoppy taste, citrus fruit flavours, led by a floral orange flavour are followed by grassy and piney flavours. There is a background maltiness that comes through towards the end. The floral hoppy bitterness lasts into a lingering finish.soy sauce,

Bottled, 500ml from S.H Jones, Banbury. Hazy gold with white head. Remarkably light is quite a correct description, they could have added thin. This proved to be a particularly bland beer, vaguely malty, hints of caramel, where the hops had disappeared to Im not sure. No off flavours, just dull.

Bottle. Light hazy tan. More of a musty, appley aroma than I was expecting. Fairly bland with light bitterness and vague fruits. Disappointing.

Bottle - Xmas gift. Poured a really pale golden colour with a very thin white head and some lacing. Aroma of pear drops, straw and melon. Grassy hops in the initial flavour with some boiled sweets and light toasted malt. Finish was straw, peppery hop and grain.

Bottle courtesy of Baz (cheers Baz!) consumed at Eardisley, Herefordshire Friday 8th November 2013 Pours gold this one has a slight haze. Like the first one this is a little sweet initially. Comes across as a bit safe, but it is fine and certainly easy drinking. Despite the description this isnt as crisp or hoppy as I would like. Its ok but the weakest of the three. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Bright clear pale gold beer with a small white head. Light crisp palate. Light pale malt, touch of grain. Whisper of apple. Minerals. Hops are grassy and have noble hop like bitterness. Crisp finish. Seems a bit grainy and green, not sure this is quite right.
