Our antidote to mass produced lager! Brewed with Lager Malt, Perle and Saaz hops to give a clean crisp taste of creamy malt and strong herbal aromas with a dry, hoppy finish that’s not too bitter.

From 500ml bottle, pours hazy amber with little head, smooth creamy malty with a hoppy finish, herbal aroma, crisp taste, a good pilsner.

ManVsBeer (11079) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2017
Bottle from Cooperative Supermarket, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a thin head. Very light in terms of its pilsner character, but crisp and smooth in its ale-like texture.

Bottle at home. Pours clear pale golden, nose is toffee, floral, lemon, taste is similar, thin.

I bought this with high hopes, as the shop I got it from has a range of excellent beers. The bottle looks nice, the beer itself looks OK, but it had no taste or aroma whatsoever. I wanted to like it. I try and find positives about most beers I drink, but I can’t find anything good to say about this. I didn’t finish the bottle, it was that bad. I’ve drank and finished almost every beer, even when it was crap. The only other beer I haven’t was a pint of Coors Light that someone bought me once. I’m really sorry, but this was that bad.

Keg at The Marine Bar, Bridlington, E.Yorks. Fizzed gold with white head. Thinnish malty, slightly stewed beer with a lighter lemony side. Simple sweetish malt note, fairly floral. Improves on drinking.

Drunk from 50cl bottle bought from Bierhuis in Ossett. Enjoyable hoppy pilsener. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden amber, no real head. Aromas of pale malt, caramel, faintest lemon. Taste is sweet, sticky. Not great.

Bottle. Golden beer with a fizzy bubbly body and a very light head. The aroma is dry with some hops, and the flavour is bitter with some hops and a mild degree of malty and yeastiness. Overall a reasonable dry and bitter beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale straw colour, light zesty and slightly metallic aroma. Similar flavours with the addition of herbal qualities and a little soapiness. Fairly smooth. A little more body than expected but still light and fresh. Not a bad pilsner.

Bottle courtesy of Ruddy. From Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Clear, golden. White head. Fresh, crisp, steely, but not metallic. Light spice. Dry, lightly hoppy. Very nice.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is softish and a little dry. Mild fine carbonation. Creamy malt, dry and with a touch of paper. Hops are okay - mild but fresh and as described on the label, a little herbal. Finishes dry. Not bad but could definitely use more hops.
