COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Big flavor, intense pine and citrus aroma. We keep the malt profile clean in this Imperial IPA to let the love lights shine on the fine Northwest hops.

C’est super bon. Nez assez éthylique, fond a priori malté. Des agrumes assez fortes, petit fond résineux. Bouche : très resineuse, pas mal d’agrumes (surtout orange, pamplemousse). Sacrée présence en bouche, une sacrée longueur resineuse et très herbale.

Bomber pours rusty orange with fast fading head. Bitter orange hops throughout. Overall, a maltier IPA than I prefer, but a example of its style.

TAP. Golden pour, lively bubbles, with flat white head.. Big dank piney nose.. Malt is soft with caramel/biscuit base, then launches into a huge bitter middle, back end mellows to a fruity yet still bitter finish.. Sourced hop valley Eugene

Bottle. A slightly hazy golden color with a white head. A straw and hop aroma. It doesn’t spring in either the aroma or the flavor.

A readily available Imperial IPA for the Pacific NW. It is nice for the price point with a little floral taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The almost saffron orange pour was mesmerizing. The beer smelled much like its brewery description, piney and citrusy. Unfortunately, it didn’t translate well into a great tasting brew. This is the second Hop Valley IPA that’s had a noticeably cloying aftertaste that was hard to get over. I’d have to pass on this beer, if ever presented with an opportunity to drink it again.

Thanks Adam. Orange body with a bone white, foamy head. Aromas of grain, hops, earthy malts. Some herbal tones in the flavor along with resinous pine. What I describe as a balanced IPA. Medium bodied with medium high bitterness. Lingering grainy notes, resinous hops, and mild warming alcohol. Ok.
