3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Great IPA flavor. The grapefruit peel is not as pronounced, but I kind of think that is a good thing. 3.0/5.0.
From a 12 oz bottle into a tulip glass. Pours orange gold with head and lace. Aroma of grains, pale malt, orange and grapefruit zest. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of grains, pale malt, hay, straw hops, slight black pepper, grapefruit rind zest. Overall rich, bold, citrusy bitter. jbruner (4790) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - AUG 6, 2017
Pours a clear golden orange from the can with fluffy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of moderate citrus hops and mild caramel malt. Taste is more of the citrus, less of the malt, good balance, mild bitterness. A solid IPA to pair with spicy food, but nothing mind blowing. dfearnley (2199) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 4, 2017
Q Roman is orange and grapefruit and spruce Taste is more of the same and this is incredibly bitter. notalush (5883) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUL 19, 2017
Bottle - hazy orange - this brewery seems solid on the IPA front, and this is not really any different - soft mouthfeel, nice texture - flavorful and aromatic hop character, rich in citrus - the addition of the grapefruit, however, makes it a bit too bitter on the tail end. Mild aroma, but you can’t beat the color. Crisp anf perfect for a porch or outdoor bar on a summer day. For having a hint of grapefruit it had the citrus without the sharp tart I had expected. It was soft like the mistress it claims!

Definitely taste the grapefruit rind in this one. A hoppy citrus mix, makes for a flavorful combo. Senap (747) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUN 27, 2017
Bra bett och beska. Inte så mycket grapefrukt som förväntat. Lite mer frukt så blev det ett toppbetyg. jmgropper (1) - - JUN 18, 2017 does not count
Not the greatest IPA , very little fruit flavor. Was fine for what it was.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a big rocky white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.kanaclane (489) - - JUN 13, 2017
The aroma is sweet bready malt and fruity, floral, resiny hops.
The flavor is sweet bready caramel malt with a lot of citrus fruit and a slightly harsh resiny bitter finish that is a little ashy in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, a decent fruity IPA that has a harsh bitterness like most of their IPAs I’ve had.

Une superbe attaque sur le fruité mais un manque de longueur qui fait qu’on reste un peu sur sa faim.
