Tap at OBF. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma is bready with a noble hop aspect. Med body, nearly. Flavor is bready, noble. Really nice pils. deyholla (11486) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 8, 2016
Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has crisp grain and grass notes with straw supporting. Flavor is similar with straw and grain with a bit of crisp grass growing. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 23, 2012
GABF. Yellow pour, white head. Muted hops, biscuity malt, a light fruity esther and a crisp finish. Hot day beer? Yeah. Every day beer? Not for me. 3fourths (9331) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JUN 29, 2013
UPDATED: JUN 30, 2013 Bottle. Pale gold body, faint haze, tall-growing white head. Raw stench of overuse of Saaz hops in the nose with corn kernel / sweet cereal malt. Medium-light body, low sweetness, medium to high bitterness. Grassy, astringent, oily and herbal hop character. Quenching acidity and hop bitterness. The malt savoriness is actually quite close to Czech but the hop profile is strangely green and not in balance with the body and sweetness. Warms and begins to smell like rice puff cereal and dehydrated milk and some cosmetics and white gummi bears. Messy.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Grainy pale malts, light spicy hops, and a moderately bitter finish. Clean and balanced. Pretty good. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - OCT 6, 2013
Bottle:   Fiery straw, moderate frothy white head, light carbonation, little lacing.   Straw and hay on the nose, pale sweetness.   Slightly dusty.   Dry grass on the tongue, very mild sweetness.   Feels even a little chalky/dusty on the tongue.   Clean, but not too crisp.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate to full.   Lingering stray and hay.   Respectable, even if not as crisp as I would have liked. bpreo (2832) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - AUG 23, 2012
Mmmmmm, a very good traditional Pilsener. I recommend starting off your night with this one. Fatehunter (2561) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - APR 19, 2014
Pours two fingers of head on a clear light straw colored body.
The aroma is non-existent. Maybe a little grain.
The taste starts out with some mild honey sweetness, then gets that dry pine and lemon bitterness that lasts through to the finish. It has a long dry bitter finish.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
The taste profile was pretty good, but the aroma was completely lacking. Reid (2527) - Salem, Oregon, USA - AUG 31, 2013
22oz bottle from"Lifesource" in Salem.
Poured into my Freiburger Pilsner glass.
Typical sunshine yellow beer with a large bubbly/frothy almost pure white head.
Not much aroma to my surprise..maybe a touch of biscuity malt and a very small grassy hop.
Taste has more hop but its mainly lemon zest and floral in aspect..after taste is grassy..malts are mild and bready.
Mouthfeel is OK for style right on.
Its a good lager but for me not a Czech Pilsner...same as the vast majority of PNW beers masquerading as this..its a very good lager nothing more..sorry
