3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Truly the epitome of "Just another American Pale Ale". Left a good feeling in my stomach, and no impression on my mind.
I have bought this bottle at the sterk grocery in Amsterdam. I have drank this one tonight at my rented home, Hoofddrop. Sincerly, I was a bit disappointed with this beer. I had the impression to drink a old bottle or it is simply not my style. There is no indication of date into the bottle, copper body, slightly troubled, white foam, the carbonation is regular for the style. In my opinion, it is not the best IPA that I have tried in my short life. The taste has an unpleasant side of water of ocean, salty, tart, soily, bitter but the taste is really rough and there is not a nice sensation at the palate, malt hidden by the hop, not my thing, not common that I rate badly an american beer a part of the shit industrial beers. On tap at the Giants game in SF. Medium golden with a lively white head. Grapefruit and pine and light malts with a moderately bitter finish. Nice. skortila (6025) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - MAR 28, 2017
Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has biscuit, grain, hint of citrus. Bit hazy, yellow coloured beer with a thin, white head. The taste is light-moderate sweet, has light bitterness, sweet biscuit and grain. Not much hops present. Might be an older bottle but there is no indication of bottledate/bbf date. So I just rate this as it is. fajry (2369) - SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 7, 2017
Flasa z Beershop.sk. Tmavo zlata farba, slaba pena. Vona sladova, kvetinovo ovocna, jemne pikantna. Chut slana, medova. Dochut slana, slaba horka. Toto pivo mi vobec nesedi. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - JAN 19, 2017
Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, some nectar, mild grass, fruity and floral notes along with some sweet malts. Flavour is nectar, tropical fruits, some wood as well as mild sweet malts. Pleasant and quite smooth. Nice and fresh and this would be very nice to have on a warm summer terrace.

355ml bottle at home. Pale orange with a medium white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced subtle bitter and sweet tones. Caramel, pine, malts and tropical fruits. Nice. vinivini (3248) - Gomel, BELARUS - DEC 4, 2016
Bottle, pours cloudy amber with moderate off-white frothy head. Well-lacing. Lots of honey on aroma, tropical dusty hops in addition. Light to medium body. Oily texture. The flavour starts with dense honey malts. After that powerful resiny hops do their job making the ending really bitter. Unfortunately the bottle is over a year old, so the hops are not fresh at all. I wish I could try it fresher. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - SEP 28, 2016
This was poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy/murky burnt orange color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a pretty quick pace. Lacing somewhat sticks and then slides into the beer.
The aroma starts bready sweet with some roast and then a subtle clean grassy sweet sliding happiness.
The flavor keeps all of the previously mentioned aromas and blends together nicely. Clean grassy sweet aftertaste running into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Sly stickiness.
Overall, I don’t see it as an American styled pale ale, but still good for what it is. Could have again, preferably with fish n’chips. Grzesiek79 (4513) - Radom, POLAND - SEP 17, 2016
