Nice and hoppy. Nothing new, but still good. A decent alcohol content, and it’s always nice to try something new from Hop Valley.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2017 Butelka 0,33 l. Barwa jasnobursztynowa, mętna. Piany sporo na początku, utrzymuje się kilka minimetrów. Aromat bardzo przyjemny, wyraźnie grejpfrutowy. W smaku owoce cytrusowe, trochę żywicznych posmaków. Goryczka wyraźna, chmielowa, utrzymuje się długo. Bardzo dobra IPA.

Orange clear pour. Fruity aroma of hops, grapefruit, orange zest and lemon, caramel malts slightly floral. Balanced taste of sweet and bitter. Medium body with medium carbonation. Nice IPA!!

bottle. clear yellow, white head. strong bitter hoppy aroma, really nice very bitter very hoppy aroma, a fitting malty base. not very flowery, mostly just bitter. Hovever, the hop aroma is deep and juicy. super nice. flavor is bitter hops, hop juicy, malty balance, quite dry on the malts, ends more bitter hopy. the hop flavors are hop juice, pine, grapefruit, citrus fruit peel. super refreshing, If you are into very hoppy beers, this one is gone in a few minutes. great brew.

Ipa du type northwest américain, brassée avec 8 houblons. Niveau abv de 6,3% , et ebu de 70. Mon exemplaire n’avait pas de date, et ce n’est pas rare aux Etats-Unis !! Couleur doré soutenu à reflets ambrés, avec un léger voile. Bulles fines, en fontaine centrale, pas très nombreuses. Mousse blanche, à fins flocons, stable à 2 mm. Arômes de lichee, pointe de résine, jasmin, orange. 1ère bouche souple, au bel ensemble houblon/fruit/résine. Arrière-bouche sur lichee, résine, et une amertume un peu verte. 2ème au bel ensemble encore, mais l’harmonie n’est pas au top. Arrière-bouche un peu trop résineuse. 3ème aux saveurs plus fondues sur les fruits exotiques. Arrière-bouche longue, très agréable. Longueur très jolie, mais pas au top de l’harmonie. Texture souple sans être dense. Jambes fines, longues. Levure souple, résineuse, belle ligne. Alcool correct, on doute pourtant de son action sur la longueur. Finale plutôt discrète. CONCLSUION : on pourrait dire de cette bière qu’elle surfe sur la vague des ipa, pour proposer un joli produit mais loin de l’étoile proxima (du centaure ...)(8/3/8/3/16)

Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours slightly hazy mid amber / orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, hop and citrus. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is bittersweet.

33cl bottle at home. Pours a hazy orange colour with a small frothy head. Aroma of grapefruit, orange, light hops, bit of resin, citrus, light caramel, passion fruit, pineapple. Taste is medium sweet, light bitter with a medium dry finish. Notes of hops, resin, pine, malts, candy sugar, caramel, light spices. Texture is oily, medium to light bodied with average carbonation

Bottle at a tasting. Citrusy, zesty, grassy, resiny. Kind of amarillo-ish. Pomelo. Hops centered. High bitterness, but not over the top. Solid slightly caramelly malty base. Easy drinking. Good one.
