Poured from growler at Tap That in La Grande OR. Dark brown with medium tan head gradually receding with some lacing. Aroma is dark chocolate and vanilla. Mouthfeel is light with medium carbonation. Taste is bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, and roast malt. The finish is a pleasant bittersweetness and the everpresent vanilla. Very enjoyable porter.

650 ml bottle. Pours a dark copper with a beige head. The aroma is full of roasted malt with coffee and vanilla. Medium body with soft carbonation and light to medium sweetness along with a light bitterness. The flavor is dominated by dark coffee, molasses and vanilla.

Bottle @home (Euro-vision 2016 tasting.) Pours almost black but just a bit of brown with a tan head. Nose is chocolate, sweet milk chocolate, big vanilla. taste is along those lines but its quite thin.

22oz bottle 9/14/16 (Plaid Pantry-Vancouver, WA)-42 in Shaker-Pours dark brown with a small tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, and slight vanilla. Taste of vanilla, malt, and chocolate. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and goes down easy.

Bottle. Ruby bronze color, creamy foam. Aroma: real vanilla, caramel and biscuit, rich dark malt, a little coffee and chocolate. Taste: caramel, vanilla, malt, chocolate brownie, a little wine, dried fruit, pleasant hop bitterness.
