Bottle. Black colour with ruby reflexes, beige head that disappears after a while, decent lacing. Aroma is vanilla, roasted. Light bitterness. Medium body, medium bitterness. Pleasant, but not very intensive for a robust porter. Not worth its price in Europe. pivnizub (10619) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 2, 2017
Bottle: Very deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen, small but lasting creamy off-white head; bitter-sweet toasty, caramelly and chocolatey nose, hops and mineralic spots in the second row; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied and pretty soft ; lingering bitter-sweet toasty and coffeeish finish with kind of artificial vanilla aromas. Not bad, too vanilla-flavoured... vbaudry (153) - - MAY 26, 2017
A nice dark robe with a creamy foam.
Nose of milk chocolate.
The body is very very light and a bit watery, misses flavors. On the palate it’s all about chocolate and a creamy sensation. Finish is not bitter at all, on milk chocolate and hints of vanilla.
Vanilla is overall very discreet / missing.
If it wasn’t for the body that I find a bit too light and watery, this beer would be very excellent. It is very nice to drink and quite gourmand. ozzy70 (1148) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - APR 23, 2017

UPDATED: MAR 4, 2017 Pours a dark brown with ample tan head. Aroma of malt and chocolate. Taste is hoppier than is typical of a porter, with maybe a hint of vanilla. This one is quite drinkable. seehaferb23 (270) - - FEB 6, 2017
I nice entry level Porter. This was on the hoppier side for a Porter. This was tasted by Cannery Row Beer Club. Cheers!

Poured from growler at Tap That in La Grande OR. Dark brown with medium tan head gradually receding with some lacing. Aroma is dark chocolate and vanilla. Mouthfeel is light with medium carbonation. Taste is bittersweet chocolate, vanilla, and roast malt. The finish is a pleasant bittersweetness and the everpresent vanilla. Very enjoyable porter. PowY (758) - AUSTRIA - NOV 11, 2016
