Bottle. Dark rusty ale. Decent tan head which fades quite quickly. Nose is caramel with a slight sherbert malt. The taste is heavy with the maltiness, but some nice toasty sweetness and caramel notes. Finish is sweet and rich.

SilkTork (5926) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - SEP 24, 2002
Big hit of hops at first, then the fruit - slightly sour, a bit honeyed, mildly sweet. Some grapefuit, melon, passion fruit. Some rust, some fluff covered barley-sugar left in an old raincoat for a couple of months, a splash of cough mixture, and a hint of WD40. Not a bad little drink.

Bottle. Pours brownish in colour with a rather small head. Malty and slightly roasted. Notes of hops and spices and very weak hint of raisins.
