A nice Dunkel. Pours a very nice muddy dark amber with a thick white head. Smells like cherries and wheat. Taste is simple, but smooth and refreshing. Had in the bottle.

bottle, donated by pivnizub! Cloudy brown, tal beige head. Wheaty, slightly grainy robust maly base, pleasantly yeasty which adds some fruity flavours.Well-balanced beer. nimbleprop (8297) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 30, 2013
50cl bottle pours a murky cherry cola color with some thin, off white head. Nose is pumpernickel bread, some fruit cake, a little dried cherry, some straw, a little light smoke, a little mushroom. Flavor is a nice mix of dried fruit, raisin, dried cherry, and malt, wheat, straw, bread crust, earthy. Slightly sweet finish. Solid. mansquito (6338) - Nueva York, New York, USA - OCT 17, 2013
The Sampler, Brooklyn 50cl: Pours muddy dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is light banana, spice, and some slight roast. Taste is too light on anything. Everything sort of just blends into everything else, without anything being distinctive. Neither the dark side, nor the hefe side really shine. I was quite underwhelmed by this.

Half liter bottle from Beer Run. Pours a hazy brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of wheat, raisin, heavy spice. The taste is yeast, wheat, spice, banana, herbal hops. Thin-medium bodied. Decent. MiP (15650) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 29, 2013
Bottle, 5.0%. Roasted aroma, a little lagery. Cloudy dark brown colour. OK tan head. The flavour is roasted at first, caramelly with a watery finish. Not so flavourful, but OK. Bamsen78 (5336) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 29, 2013
Bottle traded with McTapps & MichaelBruch, shared with MiP. Pours cloudy copper brown with stable beige head. Clear, sweet aroma of malt, caramel and banana. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of malt, caramel and a touch of banana. Mildly bitter and sourish aftertaste. Decent but not extraordinary.
