COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Typical in its wheat beer aroma, this classic wheat beer has a slightly fruity taste, is golden yellow in colour and a light yeast haze, topped by a fine head. Its unique character is thanks to Hopf’s own pure yeast culture.

500ml bottle from Germany. Poors a hazy light orange with creamy head. Aroma is distinguishly banana. Taste is also banana, cream and a milkshake style. Citrus notes in the end, sweetness but not too much. It’s exactly what you expect from a Weissbier, only this time the banana flavour is very present, which is quite enjoyable. Overall a pretty simple beer, not complex, a little bit too much carbonated but gives a great experience and a remarkable banana taste!

500 ml bottle. Bright cloudy orange, medium head. Citrus, lime juice, banana, bread, hints of clove. Medium bitter, slight fruity sourness, acidic. Lively carbonated, light bodied. Crisp and fresh. Hoppy and fruity refreshing Weißbier.

Bottled, 500ml from Honest Brew of Crystal Palace, London. Clouded yellow gold with pillowy white head. There is a heady, fruity aroma to this with a yeasty, banana character. To me this is classic Hefeweizen territory, pear drops, esters, quite heavy on the palate. Floral, perfumed notes. I'm sure that this is close to exactly how the beer should be but I do struggle with them.

Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is fris zoetzuur met iets van banaan en aardbei met een vleugje nootmuskaat. Gewoon goed bier!

Bottle pours a nice mostly clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is nice, pleasant, banana and clove. Flavor has a touch of sweetness, banana cream pie, little bitterness. Medium-light feel, somewhat lively. Good one.
