COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. Nose is yeast, dough, very light spice, hint of bubblegum; very on style. Taste is dough, caramel, banana, vanilla, wheat, very light cloves, slight citrus spritz through. It’s an affable hefe, a little sweet.

bottle @ Grassroots Natural Market / Jacksonville FL --- Nearly clear dark amber color, good white head, no lace. Taste is somewhat thin caramel malt that grows a little in the palate, adding carbonation and weak hops in the finish. A reasonable brew, decent on the sweet side.

Draught. Dark orange, hazy body, with a big, creamy, slightly beige head. Aroma of banana, yeast, orange, citrus, clove. Taste with the same aromas, with the fresh citrus more present and also with some dark malt notes. Mouthfeel is full, creamy, with a medium carbonation and it finishes spicy and fruity. Very good, refreshing and still fully aromatic Weizen. I like the citrus notes a lot! Nice example of this style.
